The paid service
The GBP Guardian Appeal Readiness Packet is a one-time digital service priced at $49 USD. Once you complete the intake form and your packet is generated, the service has been delivered.
When a refund is available
We offer a refund in the following circumstances:
- Report not generated due to a system error. If a technical failure on our end prevents your report from being generated after payment, you are entitled to a full refund or a free retry — your choice.
- Request within 7 days of purchase, report not yet accessed. If you contact us within 7 days of payment and have not yet accessed or downloaded your report, we will issue a refund at our discretion.
- Duplicate charge. If you were charged more than once for the same order, we will refund the duplicate immediately upon verification.
When a refund is not available
- Your report was successfully generated and delivered.
- Your Google Business Profile appeal was denied. Google decides the outcome of all appeals independently. A denied appeal is not a failure of our preparation service.
- You disagree with the analysis in your packet. The packet is based on information you provided in the intake form — its accuracy depends on the accuracy of your inputs.
- More than 7 days have passed since purchase.
How to request a refund
Email support@gbpguardian.com with your order reference and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within one business day.
Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.
Guided Appeal ($149)
The Guided Appeal is a one-time package priced at $149 USD. It includes your personalized deliverables — the Appeal Readiness Packet, your visual “you are here” case map, and your appeal flowchart — plus one single-use, private guided AI walkthrough. Because these parts are delivered and used separately, refunds are handled per part.
- Personalized deliverables are non-refundable once accessed. Once you open or download your packet, case map, or flowchart, those deliverables have been delivered.
- The guided session is refundable only if it has not been started. Starting the walkthrough — including a call that connects and then drops, or one you end early — counts as consumed.
- Full $149 refund within 7 days only if nothing was consumed. That means the deliverables have not been accessed and the guided session has not been started, and you contact us within 7 days of purchase.
Outcomes are never a basis for a refund. Google decides every appeal independently. A denied or delayed appeal is not a failure of our preparation service, and no refund is tied to Google’s decision, your rankings, traffic, or leads.
If the technology fails on our side. If your guided session fails to connect, or drops within roughly the first minute, because of a fault on our side or our voice provider’s side, contact support. After reviewing the session log we may, at our discretion, re-issue the session or refund the session portion. This is a good-faith remedy for genuine technical failures on our side — not a guarantee.
