1. About GBP Guardian

GBP Guardian is an independent appeal-readiness and evidence-preparation tool for Google Business Profile suspension, restriction, and verification issues. GBP Guardian is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way connected to Google LLC or Alphabet Inc. “Google” and “Google Business Profile” are trademarks of Google LLC.

2. What the service provides

GBP Guardian provides two services:

1. Free appeal-readiness check — a risk-assessment questionnaire that maps your situation to common GBP policy triggers and identifies areas to address before you appeal.
2. Paid Appeal Readiness Packet — a detailed preparation document based on your intake form responses, outlining likely risk factors, evidence to gather, and steps to take before filing your appeal.

Both services are preparation aids only. GBP Guardian does not submit, file, or manage any appeal on your behalf. You interact directly with Google’s own systems.

3. No guarantees

GBP Guardian does not guarantee reinstatement of your Google Business Profile, any specific appeal outcome, increased search rankings, website traffic, leads, or business results of any kind. Google alone decides the outcome of any appeal. Our tool helps you prepare — it does not influence Google’s review process.

4. Not legal advice

Nothing in GBP Guardian’s tool, reports, or website constitutes legal advice. If you need legal counsel regarding your business profile, your business registration, or any dispute with a third party, consult a qualified attorney.

5. No Google affiliation or back-channel access

GBP Guardian has no relationship with Google and no special access to Google’s systems, review teams, or appeal processes. We cannot escalate your case, contact Google reviewers on your behalf, or access your Google Business Profile in any way.

6. Your responsibilities

By using GBP Guardian, you confirm that:

• The information you provide in the free check and intake form is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You will review any preparation document critically and verify that it applies to your specific situation before acting on it.
• You will submit your own appeal through Google’s official process.
• You will not use GBP Guardian to prepare an appeal for a profile that is intentionally deceptive or in violation of Google’s policies for reasons unrelated to the issues described in this tool.

7. Payment and access

The paid Appeal Readiness Packet is a one-time payment of $49 USD, processed by Stripe. Upon successful payment and completion of the intake form, you will receive a preparation document. The document is generated based on your inputs — accuracy of the output depends on the accuracy of the information you provide. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.

8. Intellectual property

The content, structure, and methodology of GBP Guardian — including the free check, the Appeal Readiness Packet format, and this website — are the property of GBP Guardian’s operator. Your Appeal Readiness Packet is prepared for your personal use in connection with your own Google Business Profile appeal.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GBP Guardian and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the tool or any output it generates. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the paid service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that service.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the tool after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
